The rooms at Avocet accomodate larger groups of people comfortably. There's room for engineers, assistants, producers, musicians and friends. There's also a lounge/reception area and a kitchen with stove and refrigerator and - of course- the coffee machine.

Avocet is located three minutes from Interstate 91, the major highway
running from New Haven to Montreal. It is the sole occupant of a
comfortable and spacious commercial building on Massachusetts Route 2,
also known as The Mohawk Trail.
The recording environment consists of a large (21’ x 26’) control room
with tuned JBL , Tannoy and Mackie monitors; a 27’ x34’ main room with
Hammond B-3 ,Kurzweil K2500s, Marshall and Fender amps; a 13’ x 22’ and
6 x 10’ isolation booths with lines of sight to the main room and
control room.
